You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Onlinehelp.noproblem@gmail.com by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Information on calculating the delivery date: The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank in the case of advance payment or on the day after the contract is concluded in the case of other payment methods and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.

Note: I do not generally offer uninsured shipping (letter or goods shipments) as I can only track the shipment with insured shipping. Please understand that we do not send small parts (seals, brackets, etc.) as letters or goods shipments.
